Our story

This is the story of a family, that of Georges (Jojo) and Simone Plasse, who love life and people. The story of a baker from a small village in the southwest of France, a rugby player and coach at Stade Toulousain, and his wife, also very sporty and a swimming champion, who fell under the spell of St. Barth in the early 1980s and decided to build their new family home there, to share it with their children and grandchildren...
