Who receives your personal data?
In the strict context of the stated purposes, the recipients of your data are the departments of the AZC companies.
They may also be processed by our partners, in particular brokers and reinsurers, subcontractors, service providers, lawyers, experts and, where applicable, the insurance or social organizations of the persons involved, as well as persons interested in the contract.
These transfers may be made to third countries, outside the European Union only insofar as this is necessary to perform the services that are the subject of the contract or to meet a legal obligation; AZC undertakes to transmit your data under appropriate and suitable conditions of security and confidentiality in accordance with the RGPD and the Loi informatique et Libertés.

How long do you keep your personal data?
The length of time we keep your personal data depends on whether or not you have an insurance contract and, if you do, how long you have to cancel your insurance contract.
AZC undertakes not to keep your personal data beyond the period necessary for the provision of the service, increased by the retention period imposed by the rules applicable in legal prescription.
If you have requested information on insurance products but the Insurer has not agreed to the conclusion of the insurance contract, your Personal Data will be deleted 3 years after the last contact between you and your Insurer.
Personal data concerning you that is relevant to the insurance contract, in particular tax data, will be deleted after the statutory retention period has expired, at the earliest 10 years after the expiry of the insurance contract. The general retention period for your personal data may exceptionally be extended insofar as this is required for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim.
We take advantage of this Data Protection Policy to draw your attention to the fact that different deletion periods are provided for the different categories of data, where applicable, at the end of the category in question.
